Breakfast Smoothie

My breakfast today was an Oatmeal Smoothie



It was really good tasting, a bit chewy due to the oats and very thick...I actually ate it with a spoon lol

Here's what I put in it:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup dry oatmeal flakes
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana
2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 Tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Makes one serving

Calories: 275
Protein: 8g
Carbs: 55g
Fat: 3g
